Disability in the Workplace Training for Supervisor and Managers

Back by popular demand! We are offering a class for supervisors and managers regarding their responsibilities for managing disability in the workplace.

Disability is an important dimension of the campus commitment to diversity and inclusion. This two-hour workshop will explore our responsibilities as supervisors and managers under the law and UC policies, and how to provide access and accommodations to our staff and academic employees. Topics include:  the interactive process, confidentiality, service and support animals, and resources. Q & A will be a vital aspect of this training.
