Mission:

Envisioning Student Community, Advocacy, Leadership, and Access (ESCALA) student researchers map the barriers, obstacles, and challenges undocumented students face at UCSC and develop appropriate and creative solutions to provide more equitable education for undocumented communities.

Vision:

To create and sustain a student-led  interactive healing space where immigrant communities at UC Santa Cruz will thrive and receive the support and resources they need to meet their academic and personal dreams and goals.
